CHOOZME Return & Exchange Policy

1. General: All sales are final- EXCHANGE ONLY within 3 days.
2. To be eligible: The items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, no perfume/ deodorant marks.
3. No return / exchange for: sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, worn or altered items.
4. Damage / Defect: The customer must send clear photo/video of defect within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Exchange is for a different size of the same style only, if available. No cash/card refunds.
6. If the defect is from our side, we will exchange or refund it free of charge.
7. Change of mind: If the customer changes their mind, a delivery charge of 35 AED will apply for the exchange pickup.
8. No returns will be accepted after 3 days from delivery.
